Three days’ detox:

• Share it into 3 equal parts.
• Mix each part in a small quantity of pap and drink for 3 days every evening.

These 3 days are fruits and vegetable days with lots of water.

Tummy tea:

• Put 1 tea bag of your tummy tea in hot water and steep for 10 mins or
• You put in a pot with a glass of water and boil.

It should be taken every morning.

Slimming Tea:

1 every morning, preparation is same as tummy tea. Ensure you eat more Protein, Fiber, vegetables and fruits with less carbs.

Meal Plan:

• • Plantain and fish
  • Eggs and toast with avocado spread
  • Beans and boiled plantain
  • Agidi (EKO) and Pepper soup
  • Chicken breast and rice (moderate size)
  • Vegetable soup and wheat
  • A slice of yam and pepper soup

Snacks:

• Popcorn (fiber)
• Crackers

Fruits and Vegetables:

• Apples
• Cucumber
• Carrot
• Water melon
• Strawberry
• Tomato
• Kale
• Spinach
• Parsley
• Ginger

Drinks:

• Water
• Ginger and lemon

Smoothies:

You can mix your favorite fruits that support weight loss and drink as a meal.

• Banana + Apple+ mini cup yogurt
• Apple + Star berry + Watermelon.

NB: You can indulge yourself once a week but in moderation.

Exercise Routine

Lack of exercise may result to sagging of the skin after weight loss. In other to keep the skin firm, you have to stick to the exercise routine. Daily:

• Minimum of 100 jumps of skipping and
• 5 minutes’ mountain climbing cardio
