Tummy Tea:

  • Put 1 tea bag of your tummy tea in hot water and steep for 10 mins or
  • You put in a pot with a glass of water and boil.

It should be taken every morning.

Slimming Tea:

1 every morning, preparation is same as tummy tea.

Ensure you eat more protein, fiber, vegetables and fruits with less carbs.
